Steering the ship, Paris native Géraldine Zanaska has 10 years’ experience in the music industry. Between earning her master’s degree in Music Business Management from London’s University of Westminster and launching Compass Music, Géraldine worked for an independent record label, a music venue, a live music promoter, a cultural institution, and the French music export office.
When not working with clients or cruising the canals on her narrowboat, you can often find her giving guest lectures, hosting workshops, and mentoring young professionals starting out in the music business.

Raph is a young web developer who left his native Alps to pursue a career in the City of Lights! After graduating from Grenoble’s business school, Raphaël attended Le Wagon programming school and fell into the world of informatics and web design.
From growing up with a pianist dad who rocked the hell out of Elton John’s classics to 8-hour programming sessions to the sounds of Spotify’s most curious playlists, music has always played an important part in Raph’s life. Despite leaving the mountains for the big city, he never passes up the chance to hop on a train to hit the slopes and enjoy a nice cold beer at sunset over Mont Blanc.

Favorite festival: Sziget (Budapest, HU)
